The purpose of this study was to evaluate antioxidant activity lethality dose aqueous extract leaves. method obtain LC 50 value is Brine Shrimp Lethality Test. final concentration tested were 50, 100, 500 1000 ppm. Antioxidant test UV-Visible spectrophotometric with DPPH IC leaf extract. results 475.15 ppm, 217.21 mg/g moderate value. This concludes that medium toxic based on Clarkson's toxicity criterion
